Sunshine provides students with a "one stop shop" of systemic services including: information consultation, preparatory training, applying for admission, visa application services, offshore assistance, foreign degree verification and employment assistance after returning.
All of the above services reassure students and their parents of getting a safer and more convenient pathway for studying abroad. Through Sunshine, self-funded students can also enjoy complete government-sponsored services.

Sunshine Service System for Self-funded Study Abroad (Sunshine hereafter) provides students with a "one stop shop" of systemic services including: information consultation, preparatory training, applying for admission, visa application services, offshore assistance, foreign degree verification and employment assistance after returning.
All of the above services reassure students and their parents of getting a safer and more convenient pathway for study abroad. Through Sunshine, self-funded students can also enjoy complete government-sponsored services. At a time when the scale of self-funded study abroad in China is getting to an historical high, the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Public Security and State Administration for Industry and Commerce increasingly have strengthened the management and supervision of Chinese agencies. Educational intermediaries joining the Sunshine Service System provide students with a “Sunshine Card”. One student, One card. The card, provides a proof of study records, saves information of the whole process from home education to overseas study. Popularization System —To build up Sunshine brand name among educational intermediaries CECS entrusts educational intermediaries with good standing and educational research institutions to establish National United Office for Sunshine Study Abroad Services. Guided by the Secretariat and instructed by a team of experts, the United Office undertakes the overall Sunshine project, to maintain an equitable intermediary market, build up a good quality brand and develop standards which in turn will lead the industry. In the Provinces exporting most Chinese students, the United Office organizes local reputable educational intermediaries to set up the Provincial Offices for Sunshine Study Abroad Services. The Provincial Offices rely on local higher educational institutions to found one or two preparatory training centers, named as Sunshine Demo Centers, mainly to offer systemic preparatory training for the students with sufficient financial support, who are going to pursue diploma, bachelor or master’s degrees in overseas universities or colleges. According to students’ individual needs, educational intermediaries will offer follow-up services such as application for admission, visa application services and many more. |  阳光留学
